Okay, how many out there are totally ADD? I start one thing, and end up doing something completely random. I do have the ability to hyper-focus, which I sometimes do when I SHOULDN'T!
Case in point: While doing my daily blogging (on everybody else's blogs), I happened to click on the wrong link from my favorites list. It took me to cafepress.com. Okay, if you've never been there, don't go unless you are a stronger person than I.
I consequently spent a few hours perusing shirts/mugs/caps, etc.
Some of them are now on my "must have" list. How great is that notebook?????
And check out the mouse pad...when you send out queries, I swear you check your bulk/spam box twenty times a day!
Now, as you can see, I wasn't just looking, noooooo, I was preplanning this blog. I was on a mission to share all these great finds with you, my blogger friends...(cough cough). I know this sounds like it borders on child labor/abuse, but I would SO make my kids wear this shirt! I might even give 'em the quarter for wearing it!
Okay, so I wasn't quite expecting the snicker when I showed my husband this shirt! He could have just played along and agreed! But he did laugh at the next one I showed him...I guess THOSE benefits were more to his liking!
So there you have it. My research for the day, to bring you all this great stuff.
I am such a sharing person , aren't I?
:) Terri

The last one is my absolute favorite! Awesome. (Thanks for the sweet words over at my place....)
Oooh, oooh, ooooh!! I want to be a kept man sooo bad. My wife better switch careers-- I can't keep myself.
And both my wife and I want that first shirt.
Ha haaaa! I love this post! And I'm definitely getting my husband the t-shirt about being a kept man. He honest to God tells me that all the time. I just keep telling him that I'm working on it.
But, I have one question. When you described yourself and lack of focus to remain on one thing for more than 30 seconds, I realized that sounds like me. Are you telling me I have ADD? It would explain alot. Why I can drive my husband into a batty frenzy when I tell him I'm cleaning the house today. All projects are being working on at the same time. I don't understand why he gets upset, they all get finished!
I personally think most women must have ADD just to survive wearing the many hats of being a woman in todays society. I'm not being feminist here, I'm stating facts: Women are still expected to do more than a man. Tending the house alone is a full-time job. Add kids into the mix and it only gets more complicated. Then throw a full-time job on it, carting the kids all over creation, coming home to cook and it's no wonder we retreat into the romance novels at the end of the night. Those women never have to do all that stuff. As a matter of fact, the more I'm writing, the more I want to be a kept woman with little more to do than to tend to my man and run the servants ragged!
Very fun stuff, Terri!

Totally funny! The first one is my favorite, I think...I could get the last one for my husband (if in fact I ever write a book!)
Yes, these T-shirts are definitely cool. No, I've had no offers to help with romance novel research ... unless you count the peculiar telephone calls I've been getting lately. Some of the offers sounded, youknow, interesting. A few were gymnastic at best, some involved the creative use of farm animals ... by any chance, would you happen to know the source of these calls?
